PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

What happens when the world of man collides with the world of nature? Are animals smarter than humans? Do age, gender, or race define a person or qualify them for positions of power? These are the questions posed by the modern-day fable, Refuge, where lost souls are transformed into magical birds and given a chance for a better life.
