PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

“The Weird”
by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa
Directed by Melissa Foulger and Anne Towns

Just in time for your Halloween debauchery, a series of visceral Pulp Horror shorts from the author of “Say You Love Satan” and “Weird Comic Book Fantasy.”

Presented in part by Perez Montalbetti

Dig in this October as Dad's Garage exhumes a series of pulp-horror shorts guaranteed to turn you pale with fright! Hold on tight as the twisted mind that brought you "Say You Love Satan" and "Weird Comic Book Fantasy" returns to Dad's with a ghoulish collection of thrills and chills. Six tales exploding with spine-chilling terror, grave events, dark comedy and enough unspeakable horror to give you a nasty, leering case of insane delight. Our deliciously diabolical line-up includes: Bloody Mary, Swamp Gothic, The Play About Rosemary’s Baby, Morning Becomes Olestra, Insect Love and a few other sickly sweet surprises.

Presented as a part of the Dad's Garage Workshop Series in the Top Shelf Theatre... of terror! Don't be scared, we're waiting for you...

*The Top Shelf is located in the back of Dad's Garage with an entrance facing N. Highland Avenue. Plenty of free parking is available in the lot off of N. Highland

Oct. 14 - 30, 2004
Pay-What-You-Can Show on Mon., Oct. 18, 2004
